Relaxation can help you look after your well-being. Its easy to do and you can learn how to relax your body and mind. Relaxation is something you have to learn. Just because you are sat on the sofa at night with a coffee after a hard day watching your favourite TV programme doesn’t mean your relaxed.

Relaxation is helpful with anxiety and stress but also used with imagery  helps with low self esteem and self confidence.
