Low self esteem is all about how we see ourselves and how we value ourselves. Having little or no self esteem can stop you from living the life you want to live. When you have low self esteem you may feel that you dislike or in fact even hate yourself. You may feel that you are not good enough. You might blame yourself for things that are not your fault and you will almost always be low in self confidence. You can feel hopeless and that can lead to anxiety and depression
