All of us experience anger at some times in our lives. It is a part of being human This might be mild irritation type anger or it might be full blown out of control anger. Anger only becomes a problem when it harms you or people around you. It is a problem if you cant control it. Sometimes extreme anger can lead to violence.
The causes of anger vary greatly and can be linked to your past experiences such as your childhood or upbringing. It may be that you harbour deep anger that you don’t know about or understand. Anger which is buried in this way inevitably surfaces at intervals when upsets in your life cause a trigger. It may be something that has happened more recently is causing you anger. Whatever is causing your anger you can only begin to manage it and to heal when you understand it better and you learn strategies and techniques to cope with it.
